Breakfast


Our breakfast includes: Hot or cold whole and semi-skimmed milk, coffee, a variety of tea and infusions, white and cane sugar, sweetener, locally-produced honey, whole-wheat zwiebacks, biscuits (usually two or three types, including whole wheat biscuits), bread, butter, a selection of jams and homemade cakes, muesli, corn-flakes, yogurts, fruit juices and in-season fruit.
Genoese focaccia and/or freshly baked bread available on weekends and upon request. An assortment of savouries including local cold cuts, cheese, hard-boiled eggs and toasts are also available upon request.
Guests with special dietary requests are welcome to book their gluten-free food.
ALL FOOD PRODUCTS ARE PACKED OR LOCALLY PRODUCED. Almost all are organic and farm-to-table products.
